• Full audit of a provincial IT project servicing 58 sites and a population of 1.1 million.

• Providing Project Management and Subject Matter experts to a large First Nations Health Services Organization to assist in the implementation of a culturally based community services.

• Conducted a cost benefit analysis related to the constriction of Public Sector projects.

• Providing consulting for the development of a provincial systems Architecture or a population base of 3.6 million.

• Providing consulting for multiple provincial lab repositories servicing a populations of 1 million., 4.5 million and 13.5 million.

• Providing consulting on Data Management, Governance, Analytics and Reporting for a provincial Ministry.

• Providing multiple Clinical Subject Matter Experts to provincial health programs.

• Providing a Vulnerability Assessment and Solutions Report to a provincial Ministry web service.

• Team Lead for Standards Uptake and Stakeholder Engagement for a national Health funding agency.

• Providing long term Project Management Service for a national Health funder across four Canadian jurisdictions with  investments of over $400 Million.

• Developing multiple Business Cases and background analysis for provincial scale projects.

• Providing multiple consultants for the development of a US Federally regulated Software  Certification Program in the U.S. including Quality Measures.

• Conducted multiple Public Sector Privacy Impact Analysis for a jurisdiction of 3.6 Million.

• Process and Quality improvement projects including Kaizen, TQM and Six Sigma.
